1. Booking Fee, Confirmation and Balance
Your booking will only be confirmed and secured once your deposit has been paid. The deposit varies depending on visit length and visit type. This amount is something you will be made aware of when initial contact is made and you have made the decision on what you'd like.
The Balance will be due at least 2 Days before you're confirmed booking date, you may pay the balance sooner if this is more convenient to you.
2. Cancellation Policy
We all know that things happen in life out of our control. Notice to re-schedule a booking obviously needs to fit in with our availability and as much notice to do this would be greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Should (though this has never happened and I hope it not to) in the most unlikely event that there is an issue of any kind our end and we have to cancel you are covered by our money back guarantee.
3. Princess Appearances
My team each have their individual "set" characters. You will see who is set to each character in my gallery. This does not always mean that the girl in the photo will be available for the date/times you have requested in which case a girl to equally fit the description will then take their place. You will be informed of this shall it be a different girl to the one photographed for the character you have requested as soon as I have dates and times to put across to my team. Rest assured the sparkle team are all professional, polite, perfectly suited to the role of a princess and each have very strong singing voices all with a strong singing background.
4. Joint Parties
We are more than happy to accommodate joint parties/visits. Please note that this will incur an additional cost of £5.
5. Parking and Party Venue Details
Please note that if our entertainer must pay to park at the party venue this is to be reinburst on the day in cash to the Entertainer. Please if you no that the party location is hard to find give details of how to find the location when making the booking. If you are having a home visit from a Mascot or any Entertainer and live in a block of flats please can you let us no they are flats when making the booking. Often we are not told this and just given road name and number so waste time looking for this house number when it is in fact a block we should be looking for. This is also important for the knowledge of a Mascot booking as vision is limited so knowing of use of a lift before hand is very helpful.
6. Sparkle Chaperon
90% of the time our Entertainers come Chaperoned. Often by myself but this isn't a guarantee. Who ever is the Chaperon on the day of your booking will be professional in all aspects dressed professionally in a Sparkle uniform. The reason for having a Chaperon is so that when accompanying the Mascots they can guide them when necessary as vision is limited. Also the majority of Mascots do not speak so it is important to have someone who can interact both with Adults and Children. With the princesses this is so that the princesses can keep the magic alive from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave by staying fully in character the whole time so any questions parents may have can be asked directly to the Chaperon. Also if the Princesses are performing for the children while they are interacting with the children the chaperon can then set up any music equipment needed for the performance.
7. Respecting our Workers
All children get over exited at parties and especially when they are greated by a favourite Character. Its always a treat seeing the excitement on children's faces! However it is the parents responsibilities to keep an eye on their children as I cannot stress enough that we are entertainers and it is not our job or place to discipline children by telling them off. We respectfully request that parents/guardians keep their children in the zone of happiness and are respectful towards our Characters at all times. A great deal of money and care has gone into all of our costumes so if any damage is purposefully made a damage fee of half of the Booking cost will be incurred. Please have your children treat us as we will always treat them. My workers have the right in extreme circumstances to leave a booking should they feel threatened or mis treated at any point and there will be no refund given should this happen. Let's hope it never does.
7. Image Use
On occasions photos will be taken at events to use on our website and other forms of social media to show the public the work we do and how well we do it.

8. Travel Charges
Visits within 15 minutes of travel are at no extra cost
We are more than happy to travel further afield but there is a travel charge of £5 for every 5 minutes extra of travelling
